Cancellation & Refund Policy:

 

1) We do not provide refunds neither accept cancellation requests on subscription services ( neither on web based subscriptions nor on Application based subscriptions. It is advisable to download the application from Google playstore for android ( https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.app.yaasum ) to see the overview of services in the Yaasum Application ( Android ) before purchase. IOS version of application is coming soon.

2) In case you want to delist/modify/update the services from the application, you can either update your services yourself from the update section in the application or can send us an email at contact@yaasum.co.in to process the same. You can use other channels of communications like helpdesk and/or web base forms/live chats if they are available during your requirements.
